Meet our herd of dexter cattle. These little girls may be small in size, but they sure do pack a punch when it comes to quality and versatility.

Originating from County Kerry in Ireland, dexter cattle are known for their dual-purpose nature. Not only do they produce rich and creamy milk, but they also yield high-quality marbled meat that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of taste buds.

Our adorable Alpacas are more than just fluffy companions - they're also hardworking fiber producers and eco-friendly contributors to our sustainable practices.

Our Alpacas are prized for their luxurious fiber, which can be used to create soft and warm clothing. But did you know that Alpaca wool is also an excellent insulator? We use their wool to insulate our own buildings, helping us reduce our carbon footprint and stay cozy all year round.

And let's talk about the poo - yes, you heard that right! Alpaca manure is a fantastic fertilizer that can be used straight away in your garden. Unlike other animal manures that can take up to a year to break down, alpaca manure is ready to go, giving your plants a nutrient-rich boost without the wait.

Our happy and healthy chickens that are the backbone of our egg production.

Our chickens are more than just egg layers - they are part of our family. They roam freely on our lush green pastures, foraging the land for bugs and grubs. Not only do they provide us with delicious, fresh eggs, but they also play a crucial role in pest control. By munching on fly eggs and other pesky critters, our chickens help keep the fly population in check.

But that's not all - our feathered friends are also expert composters. They turn our food scraps and waste into nutrient-rich compost that we use to feed our plants and enrich the soil. Meet our adorable pigs on the farm, lovingly saddle backs. There's a total of 33 pigs on the land, a mix of sows and piglets, all living their best outdoor reared life.

These lucky pigs have plenty of space to roam and enjoy the fresh air, which not only benefits their well-being but also contributes to the overall health of the farm. One of the coolest things about these pigs is that they play a crucial role in maintaining the vegetable garden beds by rotorvanning the soil.

By rooting around and aerating the soil, these little helpers create the perfect environment for growing delicious veggies. Plus, their natural fertilizer helps enrich the soil, making it even more fertile for future crops.

We have a buzzing community of over 10 hives right here on our site. And guess what? We're looking to expand our little bee family even more this year!

But bee's are not just about producing honey, propolis, and wax for us. Oh no, these little guys are true superheroes when it comes to helping out in our vegetable gardens. They are the unsung heroes of pollination, making sure our veggies grow big and strong.
